Located at Hermosa Beach
The villa is in a gated community, and inside there's an excellent restaurant, a gym, and two bars (disco and karaoke). The facilities have two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, and another swimming pool for children.
The villa is about 5 miles away from the condo and studio.
The beach is a short 10 minute walk, or you can take the shuttles which circle the property every few minutes.
